A really tough day Ivy House Lakes, I caught a few skimmers on groundbait and worms, but felt it wasn't right....  Fishing hard pellets see me only catch 2 carp long in open water and 1 carp about 8lb down the edge at the death.  Looking forward to next weeks open!
